An easy hike for families and friends to discover the untouched South coastline of Mauritius. During the hike you will discover the wild cliffs of Gris Gris, the southern point of the island. This part of Mauritius is not protected by the coral reef and it gives you an unique opportunity to see a spectacular view of powerful waves crashing against the cliffs.
Along with admiring the wildest scenery, basalt cliff and stunning hidden waterfall, the guide will introduce you to medical herbs, endemic trees and plants which are being used for local culinary delicacies. The white tailed tropical birds together with other famous birds of Mauritius will welcome you during your journey and if you lucky you might see turtles swimming in the ocean
